Ownership and support

What owning this franchise involves

Your role

The center needs an on-site manager; hiring one does not remove owner participation or training obligations.

Owner involvement
An entity's Operating Partner must own and control 10%+ of equity and votes; management participation may be required.
Main responsibilities
Hire and supervise employees, deliver authorized repairs, and honor customer warranties.
Manager requirements
The on-site manager must complete Internet training and devote substantially all business time to the center.
