  • Advertising contribution1% of Gross Sales monthly to the General Brand Fund

Separate from local spending. The fund need not spend money in your territory. A regional cooperative becomes mandatory if 75% of the region's franchises consent; each franchise then pays a share of actual costs based on the number of franchises, in addition to brand-fund and local obligations.

  • Local marketingGreater of $1,000/month or 2% of monthly Gross Sales, capped at $2,000/month

Required from the contractual Start Date for local and online marketing. Vehicle-wrap costs and salespeople's wages or commissions do not count toward this spending. Your own promotional materials need prior written approval.
