    Revenue Sales Collected is business revenue received, excluding remitted sales, use, and service taxes and customer refunds, adjustments, credits, and allowances under operating rules. Volume rebates may apply; calculations can change on 30 days' written notice.

  • Advertising contribution1% of Revenue Sales Collected, paid weekly

    The fund contribution may rise to 2%, with increases limited to half a percentage point per calendar year. Local marketing spending is separate. The franchisor need not spend a specific amount in your territory.

  • Local marketingLower of 2% of the prior month's Revenue Sales Collected or $500 per month

    Spend on approved activities, separate from the fund; shortfalls may be collected. A designated local marketing group requires participation. Its contribution is a percentage of Gross Sales, capped at 3% of Revenue Sales Collected. Contributions count toward local spending but may exceed the monthly requirement.
