  • Royalty8.5% of monthly Gross Revenues or $1,800 USD, whichever is greater

    Due monthly by the fifth. Gross Revenues includes memberships, merchandise and other facility-related income, including business-interruption insurance proceeds. It excludes remitted sales taxes and employee tips and is reduced by documented customer refunds and credits.

  • Advertising contributionUp to 2% of monthly Gross Revenues if the advertising and development fund is established
