Ask about investment and fees

Upfront investment

Total initial investment

$71,200 – $166,000

USD estimate for an approved home office or leased commercial office. Includes the franchise fee and $10,000 to $45,500 in operating funds for the first three months. All offers share the premises assumptions explained below; additional opening costs may arise.

Initial franchise fee

$40,000

Normally counted within the total above, not added on top — confirm in the source.

USD, due at signing. Pay a $5,000 binder before signing, at least 14 days after disclosure receipt; credited to the fee, refunded if you do not buy. A 20% military discount needs verified honorable separation. Training-termination refunds need a general release, less franchisor out-of-pocket costs.

Selected fees

  • Royalty10% of gross sales monthly

Due the following month's 5th day. Includes service and product sales for cash, credit, or trade. Excludes bona fide refunds, collected sales taxes, used-equipment sales outside ordinary business, and prepaid-card sales; card redemptions count.

  • Local marketing5% of gross sales for local marketing

Spend throughout the year under brand guidelines. The obligation is waived while annual gross sales exceed $1,000,000 and resumes below that threshold. SEO and website-management payments and any cooperative contributions count toward local spending. These are selected marketing obligations, not a complete operating budget.

These are selected fees, not the complete fee schedule. Review the full FDD for all fees and conditions.
