Selected fees
Gross Sales includes cash and credit sales before lead-source commissions, but excludes sales tax and qualifying refunds. After the first year, royalty may be based on minimum sales thresholds. Three consecutive months below the sales requirement may lead to termination.
The disclosed fund contribution is conditional on establishing a Brand Marketing Fund. It would be separate from required local advertising spending.
Use approved materials or obtain written approval before use. The opening estimate includes only $500 to $2,500 of this first-year spending. Additional paid local programs or regional cooperatives may be required. These are selected marketing obligations, not a complete operating budget.
