Ask about investment and fees

Upfront investment

Total initial investment

$105,100 – $121,050

USD, including the franchise fee. Low: home office, no Manager. High: a 250-300 sq. ft. rented office, one month's rent and one month's security deposit, plus $3,500 Manager training. Includes three months of operating funds, excluding owner wages or salary.

Initial franchise fee

$65,000

Normally counted within the total above, not added on top — confirm in the source.

The USD $65,000 franchise fee is due at signing and is nonrefundable. Training, website and opening-marketing costs are separate components of the total investment.

Selected fees

  • Royalty10% of Gross Sales, payable weekly

Due on the specified day, currently Friday, for sales collected in the prior reporting period. The period or due date can change on 30 days' notice. Gross Sales includes amounts deducted for fees and excludes applicable sales, use and service taxes.

  • Advertising contribution2% of Gross Sales to the Brand Fund, payable weekly

Due on the same schedule as royalty. The franchisor controls fund spending and has no obligation to spend in your territory. This contribution and royalty are selected major costs, not a complete operating budget.

  • Local marketingNo minimum ongoing local marketing spend is required.

Materials and media need advance approval. Optional ongoing job-board advertising is paid directly to the provider. You must still participate at your expense in required marketing programs; opening marketing is included in the startup estimate.

These are selected fees, not the complete fee schedule. Review the full FDD for all fees and conditions.

Figures are as disclosed for the period shown; unknown or undisclosed items are labelled, never shown as $0. No earnings, profit or payback figures are shown. Revenue is not profit.
