  • RoyaltyGreater of 6% of Gross Revenue or $400 per month

    Starts in the third full month after opening. Gross Revenue includes pre-existing clients and unpaid sales, less collected sales taxes and documented approved discounts, refunds and credits. Later territory expansion raises the minimum.

  • Advertising contribution$300 per month, beginning with the third full month after opening

    The fee may increase with 60 days' written notice. It is separate from local advertising spending and other required marketing services.

  • Local marketingRequired local advertising spending begins in the third month after opening.

    Submit proposed ads at least 15 calendar days before publication. If the franchisor sends no written notice within 15 calendar days, the ads are deemed approved.
