Upfront investment

Total initial investment

$96,325 – $121,486

USD estimate includes the $46,000 fee and three months of operating funds. Low-end professional fees assume an eligible existing pet-service business; the table also includes conditional Flex Start marketing. Truck purchase, premises costs and other exclusions are explained below.

Initial franchise fee

$46,000

Normally counted within the total above, not added on top — confirm in the source.

USD fee due at signing for up to 60,000 single-family homes. Nonrefundable unless Pet Butler terminates for unsuccessful initial training; any refund is reduced by its costs and requires releases. Approved extra homes cost $0.50 each.

Selected fees

  • Royalty12% of Gross Sales, payable weekly

Gross Sales means billed sales of authorized products and services, including barter value, less customer adjustments and qualifying taxes collected and paid to tax authorities.

  • Advertising contributionMarketing Fund: 2% of Gross Sales, payable weekly

Pet Butler may increase the contribution to a maximum of 4% of Gross Sales. Required local spending and any regional contribution are separate from this Fund contribution.

  • Local marketingPer territory each calendar year: greater of 5% of prior-calendar-year Gross Sales or $18,000

If Pet Butler establishes a regional program after at least half the region's franchises vote for it, participation is required. Contributions can reach 2% of Gross Sales, payable weekly, and count toward local spending, not the national Fund. Use approved vendors and materials, document spending and pay any shortfall to Pet Butler for the Fund.
