Advertising contributionBrand Fund: 2% of Studio Gross Sales, subject to increase up to 4%
Uses the same Gross Sales basis as the royalty. Separate local spending is required; fund contributions do not guarantee advertising in your market.
Local marketingAt least $2,500 per Studio per month on local advertising and promotion
Separate from the Brand Fund and opening campaign. Only qualifying spending counts, and documentation may be required. The franchisor may collect an unspent or unverified shortfall for the Brand Fund or local marketing. Branded advertising needs advance written approval.
