  • RoyaltyMonthly: 5% of Brokerage Revenue plus tiered Gross Revenue royalty; minimums apply

    Gross Revenue excludes Brokerage. Tiers: 7% through $35,000, 6% on $35,001-$75,000, and 5% above $75,001. Gross Revenue royalty minimums: $350/month through month 23, $700/month in months 24-35, and $1,050/month from month 36. The Brokerage royalty is additional.

  • Advertising contributionNational marketing fund: 2% of monthly Gross Revenue

    For royalty and national marketing, Gross Revenue includes business and affiliated-entity receipts, including management, maintenance, leasing, and booking fees. It excludes Brokerage Revenue and collected sales, use, or service taxes. National and local marketing are separate. PMI calls service lines Pillars; your initial line is the Primary Pillar.

  • Local marketingAt least $2,000/month for the Primary Pillar + $1,000/month per Additional Pillar, from month 13

    Prepay 12 months' local quota, including Additional Pillars offered at opening, at least five business days before opening. The estimate includes $24,000 for the Primary Pillar only. PMI controls use; refundable if the agreement ends before opening. Later spending needs PMI direction or approval. Cooperative spending counts toward the quota. Digital Essentials fees are separate.
