Due at signing and nonrefundable. Qualified honorably discharged US veterans who request the discount at signing receive 25% off. An optional $25,000 reservation payment is nonrefundable and credited toward the fee.
Selected fees
Due on the 8th for prior-month receipts. Mitigation uses successive $250,000 calendar-year brackets, at 10% down to 3%. Reconstruction covers casualty-loss repairs, excluding demolition, rentals and unrelated construction or remodeling; no subcontractor deduction. Conversion/multi-unit terms differ.
Collected with royalty. The cap ends December 31, 2026 and applies separately to each multi-unit business. Local advertising spending is separate. Gross Receipts excludes taxes collected for government; the fund need not spend a particular amount in your area.
Maintain a competitive advertising program at your expense. Wages and referral fees do not count toward required local spending. Advertising materials need brand approval; a local or regional cooperative may also be required.
