Starts at opening. From month 7, pay the greater of 5% of Gross Sales or $600 per territory monthly; from month 13, the greater of 5% of Gross Sales or $1,200 per territory monthly. Gross Sales excludes sales tax and specified discounts, client disbursements and billing adjustments.

Target your territory and follow brand rules. Use required materials or obtain approval for outside materials. Qualicare may require proof of spending. A grand-opening marketing campaign is also required during the first three operating months.
