The $74,500 franchise fee and separate $54,500 equipment, chemicals, supplies and training package total $129,000, included in the investment. Both are due at signing and nonrefundable. Honorably discharged US veterans and active military personnel receive a 10% franchise-fee discount.
Selected fees
Monthly minimums: Year 2, $1,000; Year 3, $2,000; Year 4 onward, $2,500. Transfers and reacquisitions start at a $2,500 minimum. Due at month-end on prior-month Gross Sales, including invoiced revenue whether collected or not, excluding sales taxes. More frequent payments may be required.
Payable with the royalty on the same Gross Sales basis. An increase requires 30 days' prior written notice. RENUE directs fund spending and does not promise that spending in your area will match your contribution or directly benefit your business.
