Upfront investment

Total initial investment

$94,330 – $176,239

USD. Includes fee, a leased 600 to 1,200 sq. ft. office, three months' rent and three-month startup funds with salaries. New franchisees pay higher setup charges than eligible existing owners. More capital may be needed if sales or fixed costs are high. See the startup-budget FAQ for exclusions.

Initial franchise fee

$49,500

Normally counted within the total above, not added on top — confirm in the source.

USD. Standard fee for one business, included in the investment estimate. Due at signing and nonrefundable. Qualifying veterans receive a 25% discount.

Selected fees

  • Royalty5% of Net Billings weekly, subject to quarterly minimums

Net Billings includes unpaid revenue, less separately stated sales taxes paid to authorities, documented good-faith client refunds, credits and allowances, and reimbursed employee mileage and out-of-pocket expenses. Card fees are not deducted.

  • Advertising contributionWeekly: 2% of first $1 million in annual Net Billings; 1% of next $2 million; quarterly minimums

Payments start with royalty payments. Once minimums apply, pay the greater of the calculated contribution or quarterly minimum. Multiple businesses in the same metropolitan area may share an annual contribution cap. The franchisor may change or suspend the fee with council input, subject to that cap.

  • Local marketingAt least 2% of Net Billings monthly; may fall to 1% while the local-spending cap applies

When the brand fee is 2% of weekly Net Billings, local spending may fall to 1% so combined local and brand spending does not exceed 3% of Net Billings. The franchisor may remove this cap on 30 days' notice. Pay local suppliers directly and use approved advertising.

These are selected fees, not the complete fee schedule. Review the full FDD for all fees and conditions.
