Selected fees

  • RoyaltyPer salon/month: months 4–12 $1,000; 13–24 $1,250; 25–36 $1,500; 37 onward $1,750.

    These fixed payments apply regardless of sales. Payment is due on the first of each month, or the next business day. An additional payment charge may apply depending on the payment method selected by the franchisor.

  • Advertising contributionBrand Fund: 1% of Gross Sales monthly; may increase to 3% of Gross Sales monthly.

    Separate from local spending. For advertising obligations, Gross Sales includes services, products and party fees, less sales/use taxes, documented refunds and promotional discounts. Gift cards count when redeemed, not when sold.

  • Local marketingSpend at least 3% of Gross Sales monthly on local advertising.

    Pay local vendors and obtain approval before using advertising. The advertising Gross Sales definition applies. Local spending is separate from the Brand Fund. If franchisees form an approved cooperative, members must pay the contribution agreed upon by its majority.
