USD fee for the first agreement, due at signing and nonrefundable. Eligible veterans may receive a discount. Additional agreements signed simultaneously use reduced fees. A territory materially over 200,000 people may carry an additional population fee.

Selected fees

  • Royalty8% of compaction Gross Sales plus 8% of ancillary Net Revenue, monthly; minimum starts at month 9.

    From nine months after opening, pay the greater of the percentage calculation or $2,600 per required operating truck. Ancillary Net Revenue deducts actual third-party service costs paid, with invoices and proof of payment. Required truck additions can raise the minimum.

  • Advertising contribution1% of Gross Sales to the Brand Fund, monthly.

  • Local marketingRequired participation in designated marketing programs at your expense.

    Market-introduction spending has no set minimum; one may be imposed. Use franchisor-prepared materials or materials approved within six months; otherwise obtain approval before use. If a local cooperative is established for your area, membership and its approved contributions are required.
