$185,930 – $323,460

USD estimate for a new, leased 900 to 1,200 sq. ft. salon. Includes the $39,500 Development Fee and three months of operating funds, including payroll but excluding owner draw or salary. Additional working capital may be needed.

Selected fees

  • RoyaltyNew salons: 4% of net service and merchandise revenue in year one; 6% thereafter, paid monthly.

    The rate rises at the first opening anniversary. Payments are due by the 10th for the preceding month. Net revenue excludes collected sales-related taxes and bona fide refunds. Acquired company-owned salons and affiliated salons converted to Supercuts pay 6% throughout the term.

  • Advertising contribution5% of net service sales, excluding retail merchandise.

    Paid to the Supercuts Advertising Fund, which supports national and local marketing. A potential rebate requires approval by 75% of salons in the designated market area. Advertising you create or modify requires brand approval.

The Managing Owner oversees the salon and makes binding business decisions.

At least one manager must be on site; this can be the Managing Owner or an employed manager.
