Base fee, plus a territory fee of $0.75 per designated household: $22,500 to $45,000 for 30,000 to 60,000 households, higher above 60,000. Both fees are nonrefundable and due at signing unless financed. Qualified buyers may receive discounts.

Selected fees

  • Royalty6%, 5%, or 4% of Gross Revenue by calendar-year tier, paid weekly per territory.

    6% on the first $600,000; 5% from $600,000.01 to $1,300,000; 4% above $1,300,000.01. Resets annually to 6%; noncompliance removes reduced rates. Gross Revenue includes uncollected credit sales, less customer refunds and taxes collected and paid to tax authorities. Billing frequency may change.

  • Advertising contribution1% of weekly Gross Revenue, capped at $200 per week per territory.

    Separate from local marketing. A higher rate or cap may take effect on 30 days' notice if at least 50% of franchised businesses consent. Payments follow the royalty billing schedule.

  • Local marketing$0.374 × 9% to 13% of territory designated households per week, based on customer tier.

    Paid weekly in arrears unless changed; Hometown customer thresholds are lower. After four consecutive weeks at least $25,000 weekly Gross Revenue for Enterprise or at least $13,000 for Hometown, fees use the 1-100 or 1-75 customer tier, respectively. Increases require 30 days' notice and are capped at 4% cumulatively each year. Future joint marketing or cooperative obligations may apply.

What owning this franchise involves

Your role

Hiring a manager does not replace the required owner-level Key Person.

The Key Person must own at least 10%, work at the business office, and handle day-to-day operations.

The Key Person must have authority to bind the business in all decisions and complete initial training.

A qualified full-time manager needs franchisor consent and must successfully complete required training.
