Selected fees
Royalty3.9%-6.9% of weekly gross revenue; $150-$250 weekly minimum per agreement after month 6
Each week's revenue tier sets the rate on all gross revenue, including other cleaning/service sales. Per agreement: no minimum months 1-6; $150/week months 7-24, $200 months 25-48, $250 thereafter. A default uncured 30 days after written notice triggers 6.9% until cured.
Advertising contributionNational marketing fund: 2% of gross revenue, paid weekly
The rate may increase by up to half a percentage point in a two-year period, following Advisory Council review and 90 days' written notice. This contribution is separate from local spending and opening marketing.
Local marketing$2,500/month for the first Territory; add $500 for the second and $250 for each further contiguous one
Spend on approved local marketing; shortfalls may be collected by the franchisor. Except for materials it supplies, obtain written approval before use. Minimums may increase by up to 5% in a two-year period, following Advisory Council review and 90 days' written notice. Opening marketing and national fund payments are separate.
These are selected fees, not the complete fee schedule. Review the full FDD for all fees and conditions.
