Selected fees

  • Royalty8% of Gross Revenue, paid weekly; $1,000 monthly minimum.

    Gross Revenue includes business revenue and business-interruption insurance proceeds. It excludes sales taxes collected and remitted, documented customer refunds, gratuities and documented promotional discounts.

  • Advertising contribution2% of Gross Revenue, paid weekly to the Brand Fund.

    Separate from local marketing. The fund need not spend in your territory or in proportion to your contribution.

  • Local marketing$1,500 minimum per month, per digital channel.

    Begins 60 days before opening. Pay approved third parties for pre-approved advertising, separately from the Brand Fund. You must join an advertising cooperative if one is formed and pay your share of its advertising costs. These are selected marketing obligations, not all operating costs.
