USD fee is due at franchise agreement signing and is nonrefundable. The fee is $24,950 for conversion of an existing automotive styling center that you independently own and operate, meets brand criteria, and receives approval.

Selected fees

  • Royalty6% of weekly gross revenue or $500 per week, whichever is greater

    Minimum starts six months after a new center opens and may rise annually with the Consumer Price Index. Gross revenue includes accrued revenue and third-party collections. New products or services may carry added royalties on 30 days' notice. Pay within five days after each week ends.

  • Advertising contribution$1,000 per week or up to 6% of weekly gross revenue, whichever is greater

    The minimum may rise annually by up to the Consumer Price Index increase. Pay within five days after each week ends while the National Advertising Fund operates. Local marketing and startup advertising are additional obligations.

  • Local marketingAt least 2% of weekly gross revenue; startup advertising: $500 per week

    Startup payments go to the fund from 30 days before opening through at least 26 weeks after opening. Local advertising requires approval. Mobile Services add $500/week from launch, plus $250/week per additional territory, paid to the fund within five days after each week ends. The $500 may rise annually by up to the Consumer Price Index increase while the fund operates.
