Selected fees
Royalty7.5% of monthly Gross Revenue, collected weekly; minimum-based adjustments apply
Gross Revenue includes all studio revenue. Monthly adjustments apply below required revenue standards of $23,600 after the first opening anniversary and $29,500 after the second, using the 7.5% rate.
Advertising contributionBrand Creative Fund: 1% of Gross Revenue, collected weekly from opening
The contribution may increase on written notice, no more than annually and by no more than one percentage point per year, to a maximum of 2% of Gross Revenue. Required local spending is separate.
Local marketingLocal spending required before and during year one; at least $2,000/month thereafter
Includes $25,000 before opening, already in the investment estimate. Local-spending shortfalls go to the Brand Creative Fund.
