USD fee for your first agreement, due at signing and nonrefundable. A separate $40,000 territory fee also applies; both are included in the investment estimate. Eligible veterans, active service members, and their spouses receive 15% discounts on both fees.

  • RoyaltyMonthly per territory: 6% on the first $83,300 of prior-month Gross Revenue; 5% above that.

    Pay the greater of the rate calculation or monthly minimum per territory: none for the first six months, $500 for the second six months, then $1,500. Minimums may rise each April 1 by up to the Consumer Price Index increase. Gross Revenue covers completed appointments.

  • Advertising contributionGreater of 2% of prior-month Gross Revenue or $500 per territory monthly.

    The percentage may increase to 3% of Gross Revenue. The minimum may rise each April 1 by up to the Consumer Price Index increase. Local marketing is separate. Additional special assessments require written agreement from two-thirds of affected franchises; required advertising cooperatives may also apply.

  • Local marketingStart-up advertising program: at least $3,000 monthly for the first six months.

    The franchisor or its designee runs the start-up program and may retain up to 15% for administration. After six months, the Local Advertising Services Program remains required and carries a management fee. Minimum local spending is set in the Manuals. Advertising needs written approval.
