Selected fees
Due monthly from the established opening date. Approved pre-opening sales also carry royalty, membership, national-fund, and other required fees. Gross Sales includes admissions, memberships, merchandise, and services, subject to specified exclusions.
The national fund has not been established. National-fund, local-marketing, and cooperative contributions together cannot exceed 6% of Gross Sales during any 12-month period. Cooperative contributions, if required, count toward local marketing.
Of Gross Sales, 4% is collected for local and regional campaigns; you spend 1% directly through approved sources. Changes require at least 30 days' notice. The combined marketing cap applies. Spending shortfalls may be collected. These are selected major costs, not a complete operating budget.
