Upfront investment

USD estimate includes the franchise fee and recommended funds for three operating months. Assumes leased 1,500 to 2,200 sq. ft. retail space with basic finishes, utilities and required plumbing, plus some leased equipment. Both estimates share the startup-budget exclusions and add-ons below.

Selected fees
Gross Sales is the greater of franchise or associated spa sales, including provider sales, not just management fees. If law bars sales-based royalties, VIO may raise the rate on permitted sales to collect at least the royalty due without the restriction, or use the fixed weekly schedule below.
The rate may increase on 60 days' written notice. This contribution is separate from local marketing spending; the fund does not directly promote your location or its market.
The 6% minimum applies in months 1 to 24. Annual Gross Sales minimums are $750,000 in year 1, $1,000,000 in year 2 and $1,250,000 in year 3 onward. After month 24, meeting the prior year's minimum reduces the next calendar year's spending minimum to 4%; otherwise 6% applies. Missing a sales minimum can also lead to termination.
