  • RoyaltyMonthly: greater of 7% of Gross Revenue or the applicable minimum

    Per business, monthly minimums are $500 in months 4-12, $1,000 in year 2 and $1,500 thereafter, measured from training completion. First-three-month minimum relief requires strict agreement compliance; 7% still applies. New products/services may have different rates.

  • Advertising contributionBrand Fund: 2% of Gross Revenue monthly

    Separate from local spending. The Brand Fund rate may rise to 3%. New products or services may carry higher or lower royalty and fund rates; their combined increase is capped at 3 percentage points above the stated rates. These are selected major obligations, not a complete operating budget.

  • Local marketingOne territory: greater of 3% of Gross Revenue or $3,000 monthly

    For each Multi-Unit Addendum, the monthly floor is $3,000 for the first territory plus $1,500 per additional territory, compared with 3% of group Gross Revenue. The rate may rise to 4% on 90 days' written notice. Required channels or suppliers may apply; shortfalls may be collected. A future cooperative may require additional spending.
