Ownership and support

What owning this franchise involves

Your role

You build a pet care team around a trained Key Person who works at the business office.

Owner involvement
For an entity, the Key Person must be a majority owner during the first full year.
Main responsibilities
The Key Person directs daily operations, can commit the business to decisions, and certifies financial statements.
Manager requirements
From year two, another Key Person may serve if they meet brand standards, which may require 5% ownership.
