US-dollar fee is due in a lump sum at signing and is nonrefundable. A 10% first-franchise discount is offered to qualifying military personnel or their spouses, subject to eligibility, ownership, and advance proof requirements.

Selected fees

  • Royalty7% of adjusted gross sales, paid monthly.

    The sales base includes products, services, memberships, and lessons when paid. Customer refunds and collected sales taxes are excluded. Prepaid cards count when redeemed, not when sold. Payment is due on the 10th of the following month.

  • Advertising contribution1% of adjusted gross sales per month to the marketing fund.

    Due on the 10th of the following month. The franchisor may assign other franchisees different rates; company-owned outlets need not contribute. Fund spending in your area is not guaranteed. These are selected major costs, not a complete operating budget.

  • Local marketingAt least 5% of adjusted gross sales each fiscal quarter on marketing your business.

    Separate from the marketing fund. The franchisor may require cooperative membership. Members vote on contributions of 1% to 5% of adjusted gross sales, payable monthly. Your opening marketing plan also needs approval at least 60 days before opening.
