  • RoyaltyMonthly per franchise: greater of 7% of Collected Gross Revenue or the year-specific minimum.

    Monthly minimums are $750 in Year 1, $950 in Year 2, and $1,500 from Year 3 onward, regardless of sales. Payment is due on the first business day of each month.

  • Advertising contributionMarketing Fee: $0 per month in the disclosure; may be implemented at up to $200 per month.

    Implementation or increases require 30 days' prior notice. Once imposed, annual increases are capped at 10% of the prior year's fee. Separately, local advertising of at least 10% of annual gross revenue is recommended, not required. You must report local spending annually by January 31 and pay the agency costs for required online marketing.
