Calendar year-to-date gross revenue sets rates: 6% through $500,000; 5% from $500,001 to $1 million; 4% above. Combine territories for tiers. The $500 monthly minimum per territory starts on the first anniversary of the agreement's effective date; it may rise up to 10% annually in years 6-10.
Advertising contributionIf established: up to 3% of monthly collected revenue, subject to a combined royalty cap.
The disclosure describes no established Brand Fund. If created, participation is required. The combined fund contribution and royalty cannot exceed the royalty percentage in effect immediately before the fund was established. Contributions are payable monthly, or on another recurring schedule the franchisor designates.
Local marketingFirst 90 days: at least $20,000. Then: greater of $2,000/month or 5% of monthly collected revenue.
After the first 90 days, at least $2,000 monthly must go through the affiliate or designated vendor for marketing within your territory. The $500 monthly Digital Management Fee is separate.
