Service Fee: 9% through $1,000,000 in cumulative sales on which fees were paid; 8% from $1,000,001 to $2,000,000; then 7% permanently. Tier thresholds may rise annually by up to the prior year's CPI increase. The $55,000 calendar-year cap may rise up to 5% annually or end at any time.
Advertising contributionNational Brand Fund: 4%, 3% or 1% of Gross Sales by annual sales tier; $100 monthly minimum
4% through $200,000 in annual sales; 3% from $200,000.01 to $300,000; 1% above $300,000. Reductions may change or end on 30 days’ notice. The minimum starts the first day of the second full month after DDIU or at the first sale, whichever is earlier, and may rise annually with CPI. Invoiced twice monthly, due within five days. Local marketing is not required.
