Investment and fees
Upfront investment
$154,650 – $311,850
USD estimate includes the $59,900 franchise fee and additional operating funds. Fees for territory beyond 300,000 population are extra. Living expenses, salary, debt, ongoing working capital and accounts-receivable financing are excluded. More funds may be needed; see startup-budget details below.
Selected fees
The option and weekly sales band set the standard rate. Minimums vary by territory population and time in operation. Qualifying Home and Business projects and existing-business conversions have special rates; conversions also have separate minimums. Payment is due weekly for the prior week's sales.
The fund is called MAP. Special rates apply to qualifying Home and Business new-construction work and approved projects billed above $15,000 excluding tax, and to qualifying existing-business conversions. Conversions have MAP minimums. This contribution is separate from local spending.
After month 24, annual spending may be required at the greater of $20,000 or 6% of prior-year Gross Sales. MAP is separate. If designated, a local marketing group requires contributions up to 3% of Gross Sales, credited toward local spending; that spending minimum does not cap group contributions. Approved activities are required, and shortfalls may be collected.
These are selected fees, not the complete fee schedule. Review the full FDD for all fees and conditions.
