Selected fees

  • Royalty7%, 6%, or 5% of gross revenue monthly; minimums start after six months open.

    For 5 or more territories, monthly minimums are $1,250 in months 7–12; $1,750 in 13–24; $1,850 in 25–36; $1,950 in 37–48; $2,050 in 49–60, except month 60; $2,150 in 60–72, except month 60; and $2,250 from month 73. A minimum payment remains required in month 60.

  • Advertising contribution2% of monthly gross revenue.

  • Local marketingYear 1: $15,000 minimum; later years: greater of 1% of annual gross revenue or $10,000.

    Separate from the national contribution. Required SEO and digital marketing spending is at least $1,750 monthly, including territory web page upkeep. Lower spending needs written consent based on market population and demographics. Advertising needs approval. Regional cooperative participation may also be required; contributions count toward local spending.
