Upfront investment

Total initial investment

$150,000 – $477,250

USD estimate includes the $85,000 fee, $45,000 to $150,000 advertising and $0 to $50,000 in six-month funds. Excludes finance charges, interest, debt service, owner draw or salary and property-buyer salary. More funds may be needed. Shared budget assumptions below apply to both offers.

Initial franchise fee

$85,000

Normally counted within the total above, not added on top — confirm in the source.

USD fee is due in a lump sum at signing and is nonrefundable. Qualified US veterans and first responders receive 10% off; current franchisees buying another franchise receive 20% off. Former franchisees who left in good standing may receive a reduction or waiver.

Selected fees

  • Royalty$500 per purchase; sale fees: 0.8% to 3% of contract sales price, less the purchase fee, due at closing.

Sale rates depend on transaction counts, aggregate sales and franchise level. Assignment, hold and delayed-sale fees also apply, with type-specific calculations and credits. Higher levels use anniversary-year results; default can lower your level.

  • Advertising contributionMarketing Fund contributions and monthly National Advertising Fund contributions are required.

Marketing Fund contributions are separate from local spending. Monthly National Advertising Fund contributions are set by the franchisor and credited toward required local or council spending. These are selected major obligations, not a complete operating budget.

  • Local marketingLevels 1-2: at least $1,000 per six months; Level 3: $1,000/month; Levels 4-6: $5,000/month.

Levels 1-2 may have council or NAF requirements up to $1,000/month. Level 2 owes $200 to the Marketing Fund or NAF for months with less than $1,000 local spending, subject to council/NAF rules. Required spending goes through a council where one operates; council rules may require more at higher levels. Advertising is prepaid.

These are selected fees, not the complete fee schedule. Review the full FDD for all fees and conditions.
