Selected fees
Monthly minimums per territory: months 7-12, $500; 13-24, $1,000; 25-36, $1,500; month 37 onward, $2,000. Calendar-year sales portions above $1 million through $2 million use 5%; above $2 million, 4%. Payment timing may change on 30 days' written notice.
The $100-per-territory minimum starts in month 7. The percentage may rise to 2% on 90 days' written notice. The fund also supports certain software and technology; spending in your territory or in proportion to your contribution is not guaranteed. Payment timing may change on 30 days' written notice.
Pay providers directly for approved local promotion. Required cooperative payments count toward local spending, separate from the fund and launch campaign. Outside-territory solicitation is restricted. Advertising in another franchisee's territory needs express consent or cooperation. Outside-territory service needs prior consent from the territory owner or franchisor, as applicable.
