Selected fees
Royalty3.5%-6% of weekly Gross Sales, or $225 per territory/week if greater after the first 6 months.
Weekly Gross Sales determine the rate: 6% through $19,231; 5% at $19,232-$38,462; 4% at $38,463-$57,692; 3.5% at $57,693 or more. Paid weekly on Tuesday. The minimum is waived for six months. Gross Sales exclude remitted sales taxes and authorized promotional discounts.
Advertising contribution1% of weekly Gross Sales, payable weekly; may increase to 2%.
The brand development fund is separate from local marketing and does not directly promote your business or territory. These headline costs are selected major obligations, not a complete operating budget.
Local marketingYear 1: at least $36,000; year 2 onward: at least 6.5% of Gross Sales annually.
Spend on pre-approved marketing within your territory, with costs incurred monthly. Supplemental services add at least $40,000 during their first 12 months. If a cooperative is established, participation is required; contributions count toward the local minimum and cannot exceed 2% of Gross Sales.
