Initial franchise fee

$59,900

Normally counted within the total above, not added on top — confirm in the source.

USD for one territory, due at signing and nonrefundable. Honorably discharged US veterans with DD-214 documentation may receive a $7,000 first-purchase discount; it cannot be combined with another fee reduction or incentive.

Selected fees

  • RoyaltyMonthly: greater of 7% of in-territory Gross Revenue or the per-territory minimum.

Minimums apply from month 7 regardless of sales. Excess royalties in one territory cannot offset another territory's minimum. Outside-territory work requires permission and can carry higher royalty rates.

  • Advertising contribution2% of Gross Revenue monthly after the introductory period.

This brand development contribution is separate from local advertising spending. The franchisor may increase it to 3% of Gross Revenue with 30 days' notice.

  • Local marketingAt least $3,500 per month; a revenue-based minimum may require more.

Spend directly with local vendors using approved ads; shortfalls may be collected by the franchisor. Separate from the brand contribution. The dollar floor may adjust annually after 12 months, capped at 2% plus rounding. Regional cooperatives, if formed, require participation; local spending may count toward contributions.

These are selected fees, not the complete fee schedule. Review the full FDD for all fees and conditions.
