  • Royalty10% of Net Revenues, payable weekly

    Net Revenues are customer receipts plus other business revenue, excluding customer taxes, refunds, and adjustments. Business must stay within your territory; outside-territory revenue carries an additional 15% royalty.

  • Advertising contributionNational and regional funds: combined cap of 5% of Net Revenues, payable weekly

    For 2026, national contributions per territory are 2% of Net Revenues if 2025 revenue was below $175,000, or about $106 weekly ($5,500 annually) if above. National contributions are waived for the first partial and first full calendar years. Regional funds charge 5%, adjusted for national payments. Contributions credit toward territory spending.

  • Local marketingLawn care: greater of $30,000 or 10% of Net Revenues per calendar year

    Starts the calendar year after signing. Fund contributions count toward spending; unspent shortfalls are payable to LDI within 60 days after year-end. Holiday marketing is separate: from the second full operating year, pay LDI the greater of $6,000 or 5% of prior-year holiday-service Net Revenues annually, even without offering the service.
