$33,000
Normally counted within the total above, not added on top — confirm in the source.
Assumes one 200,000-person territory and no discount. Add $0.165 per person above 200,000. Nonrefundable; due in full at signing unless permitted fee financing is approved. Qualifying military, diversity and existing-franchisee discounts may apply; generally cannot be combined.
Selected fees
Payable twice monthly unless another schedule is designated. Gross Revenue includes business revenue, even uncollected credit sales, less customer refunds and taxes collected and remitted. The minimum applies regardless of sales; expansion and transfer rules can change its timing or initial amount.
Marginal tiers: 1.25% over $5,000,000 through $10,000,000; 1% through $15,000,000; 0.75% through $20,000,000; 0% above $20,000,000. Resets annually. Payable on the royalty schedule; the franchisor may change the contribution up to 4% of Gross Revenue. Contiguous territories' revenue is combined under a policy that may change.
Separate from the Brand Fund and opening marketing. Required opening spending is $18,000, potentially reduced for regional media costs but never below $14,000, from 30 days before through 60 days after opening. Local spending requires monthly receipts; designated vendors may be required. Cooperative contributions may receive credit at the franchisor's discretion.
