One-territory fee in US dollars, due in full at signing and nonrefundable. Qualified honorably discharged veterans with at least 51% ownership may receive 25% off their first-business fee; the franchisor may change or cancel the program.

Selected fees

  • Royalty5% of gross revenues; minimum $125 per week

    Gross revenues include product and service sales and installation charges, less specified customer taxes and bona fide refunds, rebates and discounts. Paid each Monday by ACH for the week ending the prior Saturday.

  • Advertising contributionCurrently $75 per week per territory

    Paid weekly on Monday for the previous week. Increases are capped at 1% of weekly gross revenues, with no increase during the first agreement year. This contribution is separate from local advertising spending.

  • Local marketing7% of monthly gross revenues, subject to a required monthly minimum

    Spend the greater of the revenue-based amount or the required monthly minimum, separately from the national contribution. Advertising needs advance written approval. Listing pages and online advertising can count toward local spending.
