Selected fees
Royalty10% of Gross Sales, paid weekly; eligible sales above $500,000 per Territory/year: 7%.
7% applies only to that Territory's calendar-year sales above $500,000 while not in default; excess fees may be refunded after year-end. June-September weekly minimums: year 3 $325; year 4 $400; year 5 onward $500. Years run from the agreement's effective date.
Advertising contributionMAP Fund: 2% of Gross Sales, paid weekly.
Separate from local spending and required marketing programs. The MAP Fund need not spend a set amount in your market. These are selected major obligations, not a complete operating budget.
Local marketingNew owners opening a business: local spending from opening; $75,000 during months 13-24.
From year 3, spend annually the greater of a dollar floor or 8% of prior-year Gross Sales. Transfers and existing franchisees adding a business owe this minimum from signing; initial local investment is waived. Direct Marketing and SEO count from year 3, or year 1 for those buyers. Local groups charge up to 2% of Gross Sales; contributions count toward local spending but may exceed its minimum.
These are selected fees, not the complete fee schedule. Review the full FDD for all fees and conditions.
