What it costs to open and operate
Upfront investment
Total initial investment
$80,270 – $168,380
USD estimate includes the franchise fee and $10,000-$20,000 in additional funds for about six months. Assumes home operation. Some zero-dollar allowances depend on existing assets or using painting contractors. Personal living expenses need separate funding.
Initial franchise fee
$54,500
Normally counted within the total above, not added on top — confirm in the source.
Standard USD fee for a territory of about 100,000-225,000 households, due in full at signing and nonrefundable. Includes the right to use the proprietary software. Separate additional-territory pricing and other reduced-fee cases may apply.
Selected fees
Royalty7% of monthly Gross Sales; $700 monthly minimum.
Due by the seventh of each month for the prior month. The minimum starts the first month after initial training. Gross Sales excludes discounts, refunds and sales taxes, but includes business-interruption insurance proceeds and eminent-domain recoveries.
Advertising contributionRegional fund: up to 2% of Gross Sales monthly, if approved by a 65% regional franchisee vote.
The vote sets the contribution, which becomes mandatory for all franchisees in that region. Payment follows the royalty schedule. No other advertising fund participation is required. These are selected major obligations, not a complete operating budget.
These are selected fees, not the complete fee schedule. Review the full FDD for all fees and conditions.
