Both are paid weekly. Paid media starts the week after the grand-opening package launch, at approximately $577/week minimum. The national fund starts in month 13 after that launch, at approximately $96.15/week minimum. Each annual cap applies to one territory or jointly to two contiguous territories. These payments are separate from local spending.
Local marketing$8,000 minimum per calendar year, starting in month 13 after the grand-opening package launch.
Local spending must meaningfully support every service line. Submit materials for approval before use. Report spending and pay any shortfall to the franchisor within 60 days after year-end. The franchisor determines the launch date used for marketing start dates.
