What it costs to open and operate

Ask about investment and fees

Upfront investment

Total initial investment

$247,013 – $689,614

US-dollar estimate includes the franchise fee and five months of additional pre-opening and startup funds. The low end assumes Tier 2; the high end assumes Tier 1 with a leased center and mobile-unit down payments. Later Tier 2 conversion requires additional investment.

Initial franchise fee

$59,500

Normally counted within the total above, not added on top — confirm in the source.

The $59,500 fee applies to either tier, is due in full at signing and is nonrefundable. Honorably discharged U.S. Armed Forces veterans may qualify for a $15,000 discount.

Selected fees

  • Royalty4% of Gross Sales, paid monthly

Gross Sales includes revenue from all products and services, less applicable sales tax and sales credits. Payment is due by the 10th of the following month.

  • Advertising contribution1.5% of Gross Sales monthly for 2026; annual rate ranges from 1.5% to 3%

PIRTEK sets the rate annually for system marketing programs. Payment is due by the 10th of the following month. This contribution is separate from local spending; PIRTEK need not spend a particular amount in your territory.

  • Local marketingAt least half the monthly Marketing Fee; minimum 0.75% of Gross Sales for 2026

Spend separately on approved local marketing. The minimum rises with the Marketing Fee rate. Materials need approval before use, and PIRTEK may require an accounting and proof of the prior year's spending by January 31.

These are selected fees, not the complete fee schedule. Review the full FDD for all fees and conditions.

Figures are as disclosed for the period shown; unknown or undisclosed items are labelled, never shown as $0. No earnings, profit or payback figures are shown. Revenue is not profit.
