Upfront investment

Total initial investment

$117,566 – $190,611

USD estimate includes the franchise fee and expenses before opening and for at least six months afterward. It assumes two technicians; more can push costs above the range. Vehicle identification assumes use of an existing owned vehicle.

Initial franchise fee

$23,000 – $63,000

Normally counted within the total above, not added on top — confirm in the source.

USD fee is based on franchise-area population: $23,000 up to 100,000; $50,000 for 101,000 to 250,000; $63,000 for 251,000 to 500,000. Due in one lump sum at signing and nonrefundable.

Selected fees

  • Local marketing$25,000 in local advertising for the first year

Usually begins six months after opening. The investment estimate includes this first-year spending. Local advertising materials require advance written approval. This is separate from the advertising-fund contribution.

  • Royalty7% of monthly gross sales, paid monthly

Due on the last day of the following month. Gross sales include business revenue whether or not payment has been received, excluding sales and other tax receipts you must collect by law. These are selected major costs, not a complete operating budget.

  • Advertising contribution1% of monthly gross sales to the advertising fund, paid monthly

Uses the same gross-sales definition and payment schedule as royalty. Separate from local advertising spending. Spending in your area is not guaranteed. The stated terms permit up to 20% of the fund per year for administration.

These are selected fees, not the complete fee schedule. Review the full FDD for all fees and conditions.
