Investment and fees
Upfront investment
$148,750 – $288,900
USD. Includes the franchise fee and three months of additional funds, based on the affiliate's experience. Low end assumes a home office; high end assumes leased commercial space of 2,000 to 3,000 sq. ft. and three months' rent. Property and vehicle purchases can raise costs.
$59,900
Normally counted within the total above, not added on top — confirm in the source.
USD. Covers up to 60,000 single-family households. The fee may increase by $1 per household above that threshold. Unfinanced amounts are due at signing; fees are nonrefundable. Multi-territory pricing, eligible discounts and negotiated variations may apply.
Selected fees
Weekly minimums: $0 through 6th full calendar month; months 7-18: $200 + $0.0033/SFH over 60,000; month 19+: $500 + $0.0083/excess SFH. SFH: single-family households at signing. From first opening, including under a prior owner or predecessor operator. Fixed amounts may rise annually for inflation.
Separate from local and opening marketing. Gross Revenue includes business revenue regardless of collection, less ordinary customer refunds and taxes collected and paid directly to taxing authorities. Subcontractor payments and referral fees do not reduce the base. Revenue policies may change.
Households are counted at signing. Separate from the Brand Fund and opening marketing; approved advertising is required. The rate may rise to 12% if minimum performance requirements are missed. Fixed dollar amounts may rise annually with inflation. Required joint marketing or cooperative spending is credited to local marketing, the Brand Fund or both.
These are selected fees, not the complete fee schedule. Review the full FDD for all fees and conditions.
Figures are as disclosed for the period shown; unknown or undisclosed items are labelled, never shown as $0. No earnings, profit or payback figures are shown. Revenue is not profit.
