Upfront investment

Total initial investment

$31,300 – $129,650

USD estimate includes the territory-based franchise fee, required equipment kit, opening campaign, and three months of operating funds. The low end assumes an owned car and qualifying computer. Operating funds exclude owner compensation and debt service; additional cash may be needed.

Initial franchise fee

$9,900 – $99,000

Normally counted within the total above, not added on top — confirm in the source.

USD $9,900 per 50,000 dwellings, with a 50,000-dwelling minimum. The $99,000 estimate assumes 500,000 dwellings, rather than a contractual maximum. Due in full at signing and nonrefundable.

Selected fees

  • Royalty7% of monthly Gross Revenue; US$250 monthly minimum.

The minimum applies regardless of sales. Gross Revenue includes unpaid invoices. Exclusions are sales or similar taxes collected from customers and remitted to government, plus documented refunds and promotional discounts. Online royalty and fund payments carry a separate 3% processing fee.

  • Advertising contribution4% of monthly Gross Revenue to the Brand Development Fund.

Separate from local advertising. Fund spending is not promised in your territory or in proportion to your contribution.

  • Local marketingNo required local minimum; SnapHouss may impose up to US$500/month.

Advertising requires written approval. SnapHouss may collect local spending to place ads. If formed, a cooperative requires membership and separate contributions, capped at the greater of half the local requirement or your share of actual cooperative costs. Cooperative payments count toward up to half your local requirement.

These are selected fees, not the complete fee schedule. Review the full FDD for all fees and conditions.
