  • Royalty7% of actual or required minimum gross sales, whichever is higher; collected weekly

    Starts when operations or revenue begin. Pay 7% of actual gross sales or annual minimums, whichever is higher: year one, $300,000/$350,000/$375,000 for 1/2/3 territories. Minimums rise yearly. Inflation increases capped at US CPI growth; schedules may change on 30 days' written notice.

  • Advertising contribution2% of gross sales, subject to territory- and year-based minimums; paid monthly

    Pay 2% of gross sales, subject to first-year annual minimums of $9,000/$10,500/$11,250 for 1/2/3 territories, divided by 12 for monthly payments. Minimums rise yearly. Fund spending need not occur in your territory. Inflation increases are capped at US CPI growth; payment schedules may change on 30 days' written notice.

  • Local marketing$40,000 in year one, plus at least $10,000 in traditional marketing per calendar year

    The $40,000 applies to one to three territories; later minimums rise by year and territory count. At least 75% goes to digital ads, paid monthly under required pacing. Separate traditional spending includes at least two home shows and $7,500 in print drops in March, April, and May. Shortfalls may be charged and spent for you. Digital management fees are separate.

Your role

A Designated Manager needs prior approval, completed training, and a confidentiality and non-compete agreement.
