The contribution may increase to 2% of Gross Sales on at least 30 days' notice. It is separate from local spending. The payment schedule may change on 30 days' notice. The fund need not spend a minimum amount in your market or benefit your business in proportion to your contributions.
Local marketingAt least 2% of Gross Sales for local advertising
Required spending may rise to 3% on at least 30 days' notice. Advertising needs approval. If a cooperative applies, monthly contributions may be up to half your local requirement, with increases allowed by member majority vote. Contributions count toward local spending. Launch advertising is separate.
